Dr. Nagell joined LSFP in 1989.  He received his medical degree from SUNY-Downstate in Brooklyn, NY, completing his residency in Family Medicine through the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.  He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice.  Dr. Nagell serves as Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at UVA, and is team physician for local area high school sports.
