Dr. Napolitano founded Leesburg-Sterling Family Practice in 1974 after serving a two-year assignment in the National Health Service Corps.  He completed his medical degree and residency from the Creighton University School of Medicine and affiliated hospitals in Omaha, NE.  He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
